There is a serious shortage of Neurologists in the U.S. with just 4.6 Neurologists per 100,000 people. In Georgia, the number drops to just 3.3 Neurologists per 100,000 Georgians.
Tanner competes with hospitals across the country to recruit physicians, and the demand for neurologists and accelerate Tanner Health System's neurology program by years, if not decades.

Traumatic Brain Injury and Stroke Support Groups
There were about 61,000 Traumatic Brain Injury-related deaths in the United States in 2019. That’s about 166 TBI-related deaths every day.
This is one example of the many educational resources we are providing to lend itself to a smarter outreach strategy. By doing this thing, we are able to provide for these other things and help this other very specific thing be brought to life. Our goal is to do this thing so that this bigger thing can happen.
